About this session

This interactive session about gamification in libraries will start with a working definition of what gamification actually is.

Through examples we will show that gamification is no new idea for libraries, but that being aware of it and using it thoughtfully and respectfully has great potential in terms of civic engagement and Collaborative innovation

Shay Moradi from Librarygame will share perspectives from one of the most interesting library gamification projects today - and together we will explore some of the following questions - in a gamified way!

Examples of how your library probably already use forms of gamification today

Engage and motivate your users through gamification

How can your library use gamification?

In order to make this a truly interactive session we need your input on questions, so ideas are more then welcome!
