The themes for Next Library® Berlin 2018 were: (Digital) Literacy, The Library as a (Work) Space, Public Libraries as Platforms for Urban Societies, Working in the Library - Job Profiles for the Future, Disruption and Handling of Transformation Processes (both from staff and user perspectives)
