Design Thinking is a generative creative process to solve business problems and spur innovation. While balancing desirability (behavior), feasibility (technology) and viability (business) is key, design thinking always begins by looking at people. This talk will introduce the principles of design thinking and use cases to demonstrate how it works in practice and how it can be applied to innovation in libraries.
