Practical experience of the three years work with local orphans that left behind the society wheels and library volunteers (mostly youth) called “Library Project” that takes place in Zakarpatska Regional Scientific Library, “Window on America” center.

Working on such projects, the library not only confirms that it is an informational and cultural institution, but also offers a good example to follow and becomes the true center of community, uniting around itself active people, NGO`s, charitable foundations, private investors and everyone willing to participate.
