the most important question at all is: What to wear in Berlin?
Berlin is as casual as you could be, anyway. And Next Library Berlin is a real workshop conference taking place on a wooden and steel construction - as it should be. So High Heels would be the thing for the most risky and adventurous of you, but it is totally fine (and recommended) to wear sneakers or hiking boots.
