E.g.: Advocacy strategies, changing leadership skills, international networking, reframing Making in libraries, design thinking, libraries as change agents, etc-
Emerging Trends
E.g.: SmartLibrary, library roles in SmartCity initiatives, digital detox, technology trends, user generated data, social trends, the library as restorative space, using big data, etc.
Community Engagement and Democracy
E.g.: Outreach, design thinking, user-generated services, the library and Start Up businesses, citizens as policy makers, advocacy, diversity and inclusion, community led library services, etc.
Strategic Partnerships
E.g.: Learning through partnerships, co-development of libraries, partners as game-changers, strategic partnerships as development tool, etc.
Design Thinking
E.g.: Rethinking services, learning through user research, design thinking as competence tool, moving design thinking forward in the libraries, Human Centered Design, prototyping, innovation starts with people etc.
Play
E.g.: play as social inclusion, newcomers and cultural integration, playful organizations, leadership with play, transformed library spaces, play in times of crisis, play and learning, play and STEM, etc.
