The Quest for the Truth is an interactive exhibit and learning resource about algorithms and fake news that is designed for young citizens. It probes how social media can be a major influencer in our democratic processes. The project is a collaboration between Tenk.no and Bergen Public Library (BOB). Tenk.no is the school branch of Faktisk.no, a Norwegian fact-checking organization that focuses on verifying news, claims, and public statements to combat misinformation and disinformation.

Sverre Helge Bolstad
Sverre is the  Head of the Department of Technology and Learning at the Bergen Public Library. Sverre is a manager and information scientist on a quest to transform the library into a dynamic hub for technology, sustainability, and community engagement.
Margrete Rasmussen
Margrete is the  Head of the Department of Events and Communications at the Bergen Public Library. Margrete is a library and project developer with a background in publishing and project planning. Â
Johnny HolmvĂĄg
Johnny is a digital tutor in the Department of Technology and Learning at the Bergen Public Library. Working as a project manager, digital tutor, and service developer, Johnny is engaged with the Sustainability Lab’s studio and repair workshop at the library.Â
Benjamin Mekki
Benjamin is the Technology and Media Communicator in the Department of Technology and Learning at the Bergen Public Library. Benjamin is well versed in internet culture and the development of anti-science attitudes and general disinformation online.
Cathrine Dagestad Eikeland
Cathrine is the Literature Communicator in the Department of Literature Promotion and Collections at the Bergen Public Library. Cathrine is the team leader for youth events and programing. Cathrine is also the literature communicator for children and young adults.Â
