The Malatestiana Library is considered the first civic library in Europe, and drawing strength from this ancient tradition, it blends the UNESCO Memory of the World collection within the same building as welcoming, accessible, and inclusive library services for all ages, contributing to the goals of the 2030 Agenda. In the media library, gaming is very popular, but along with new audiences have come new challenges. Will alliances succeed in reducing inequalities?
