David Pallash is the Director of Learning through Play within the LEGO Group’s global social responsibility programs team where David has been since joining the company in 2015.

He has a background in primary education, creativity, and sustainability, and uses these passions to develop programs, content and experiences that take the LEGO Group’s learning through play approach to as many children around the world as possible.

David is particularly active on the Build the Change program, an initiative that in 2024 connected 2.4 million children to people and planet challenges, developing their agency and giving them opportunities to share their ideas and raise their voices for the futures they want to see – all through play.
